Customers love the ease of the kit - and the results.

It was super easy to use, the gel didn’t cause any discomfort, and I actually started seeing a difference after just one treatment! It’s reassuring to know that the product is dentist-developed and actually removes stains, not just covers them up too,' one delighted shopper said.
Another customer said she noticed a huge difference with her teeth after using the kit - following 55 years of tea drinking.
'I bought the Smilie product but procrastinated about using it as I expected it would be difficult or messy - I couldn't have been more wrong. It's an easy process to follow, quick and mess-free and produced results I didn't think would be possible with a do-it-yourself kit at home,' she said.
While one added: 'I have literally tried every type of whitening product/solution and Smilie is hands down the best. I started on number 6-7 on the shade guide... On day three I was down to 4 and after the full week I'm on 2.'
How Natalie Wiltshire built at-home teeth whitening brand Smilie
Natalie Wiltshire is the co-founder of Smilie, an at-home teeth whitening brand
Natalie Wiltshire was preparing for a wedding when she was 'shocked' to learn it would cost her $900 to get her teeth professionally whitened at the dentist.
She started her own business after she saw a gap in the market for at-home teeth whitening kits that were not onlysafe and effective but also affordable for everyday consumers.
To bring this vision to life, the mum-of-four partnered with Dr Daniel Tankard, an award-winning dentist leading a team of over 70 professionals.
The process of launching the business wasn't easy.
'We launched Smilie during COVID-19, starting right from our dining room table,' Natalie told Daily Mail Australia.
'My business partner and husband, Peter Wiltshire, and our four teenage kids were involved in the journey from the very beginning.
'I gave up my full-time role as head of marketing which meant suddenly having no salary. It was definitely a scary leap, but it was also incredibly motivating - failure simply wasn't an option.'
Despite the challenges they faced, Natalie believes this is what led to the initial success of Smilie.
'Having something exciting to focus on brought our family closer together, and seeing everyone contribute to building the brand made it even more special,' she said.
Four years on, seeing Smilie on shelves across the country, including Woolworths and Chemist Warehouse, is still mind-blowing for Natalie.
'Not long ago, I came across one of my old school report cards, and let's just say it wasn't exactly glowing,' she said.
'I even remember my careers advisor telling me that I probably wouldn't make it into university.
'Honestly, I feel incredibly proud. It's amazing to look back and see how far we've come.'
